Our Services Support Specialists are the global point of contact for contractors, handling payments, verification, onboarding, and access across time zones. You will own inbound contractor tickets in Zendesk, coordinate with Payments, Verification, Project Operations, and Support Engineering, monitor

Qualificações

• Experience in a support or operations role, preferably for a contractor workforce.
• Clear, professional written communication suitable for a global contractor population.
• Willingness to participate in rotating P0 on-call schedule.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Discord.
• Ability to work independently during off-hours and follow escalation paths.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve inbound contractor tickets in Zendesk, including payment and onboarding.
• Serve as a contractor's single point of contact, coordinating across teams.
• Escalate issues outside Services Support scope to Payments, Verification, or Project Operations.
• Monitor and handle annotator requests within Discord.
• Apply P0-P3 severity classifications and follow the response process.
• Identify repetitive ticket types for self-service or automation.
• Participate in quarterly ticket-volume reviews.
