HumanSignal is seeking a contractor-support professional to manage inbound tickets in Zendesk, working as the primary point of contact for global contractor-related issues. You will classify severity levels P0–P3 and escalate when needed.

You will operate independently during off-hours coverage, ensuring SLA targets are met while moving repetitive tasks toward self-service and automation when possible.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or operations with global or contractor workforces.
• Proficient with Zendesk and Discord to manage support tickets and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound tickets in Zendesk and act as a single point of contact.
• Escalate issues and classify severity P0-P3.
