Job summary

Hootsuite in the United States is seeking a Manager, Contract Operations to own and resolve complex deal and contract needs across the Global Sales Operations team. You’ll interface with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to keep the deal pursuit process efficient.

You will oversee day-to-day resolution of contract issues, drive process improvements, mentor team members, and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and/or Finance roles with direct SaaS contract experience.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes and CRM/financial systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve contract issues across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resolution of complex contract needs across global sales operations.
• Identify roadblocks in end-to-end contract processes and implement solutions.
• Analyze deal variabilities and recommend workflow changes.
• Structure complex deals using established frameworks, including third-party Partner products.
• Provide guidance to Contract Operations and sales teams on contract processes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Legal on product offerings and terms.
• Ensure SFDC data integrity for booking and revenue forecasting.
• Drive process optimization to enhance sales efficiency.
• Manage direct reports including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
