Mytra is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in Brisbane, CA. You will architect test strategies, improve first-pass yield, and ensure every robot leaving the facility meets demanding warehouse standards.

You’ll design automated test stations, pair mechatronics with Python automation, and drive data-driven quality improvements across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing robotics company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience in robotics or electro‑mechanical systems.
• Experience with automated test stations and test automation using Python.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and data-driven quality methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize test coverage for upstream and inline stations.
• Develop automated test infrastructure with Python for scalable robotic systems.
• Define data collection and implement data management for testing metrics.
• Lead end‑of‑line testing and system bring‑up with cross‑functional teams.
