Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a highly experienced Global Program Manager to lead the firm's contingent workforce program globally. This role owns the end-to-end process for engagement, governance, supplier management, and compliance across jurisdictions.

Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant operations and scalable program delivery. Strong emphasis on risk management and process governance.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, workforce management or related field.
• Experience managing global contingent workforce programs.
• Strong understanding of co-employment risk, labor regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global process owner for PIMCO's contingent workforce program.
• Manage lifecycle of contingent worker engagements from intake to offboarding.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer global contingent workforce contracts.
