Job summary

KKR is seeking a Program Lead to establish and manage the enterprise-wide contingent workforce program from Boston. The role drives strategy, governance, analytics, and a scalable operating model for non-employee labor across the firm.

The candidate collaborates with Legal, Risk, Finance, HR and Tech to ensure compliant, cost-disciplined supplier engagement and data-driven decision making in a global context.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years in contingent workforce management or related fields.
• Proven success designing and leading contingent workforce programs in global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with supplier relationships and CW governance frameworks.
• Strong command of CW technology and analytics.
• Track record building executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance and reporting for the enterprise contingent workforce.
• Build centralized operating model with visibility into utilization and spend.
• Govern end-to-end worker lifecycle and supplier performance metrics.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Tech to embed contingent labor into budgeting.
• Deliver regular reporting and executive dashboards on trends and cost optimization.
