Job summary

KKR is seeking a strategic leader to establish and run its enterprise-wide contingent workforce program from Boston. The role will own global strategy, governance, and reporting for all non-employee labor, including contractors and outsourced services, partnering with Strategic Sourcing, Human Capital, Finance, and Legal.

The Program Lead will set standards, visibility, and cost discipline, embedding contingent labor into workforce planning and budgeting across the firm while guiding data-driven

Qualifications

• :Extensive experience 9–12 years in contingent workforce management.
• :Proven success designing and leading contingent workforce programs.
• :Hands-on experience with supplier relationships and CW governance frameworks.
• :Strong command of CW technology—VMS/MSP, HRIS, ERP integrations.
• :Track record building workforce analytics and executive dashboards.
• :Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• :Adaptability to unstructured, fast-moving environments.
• :Familiarity with AI tools and emergent AI technologies in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, governance & workforce planning for the global contingent workforce.
• Supplier management and end-to-end worker lifecycle governance.
• Technology, data & analytics: define requirements and roadmaps for CW tech stack.
• Risk, compliance & audit: ensure policy, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Stakeholder engagement & reporting: senior leadership dashboards and insights.
