Tencent is seeking a driven producer/partner executive for our Los Angeles office to lead international content partnerships and strategic collaborations on Onsolo. You will source, pitch, contract, and manage creator relationships across North America and Europe, developing scalable models like co-productions and white-label deals.

The role requires deep knowledge of global content markets, a strong network in production ecosystems, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Producer, Director, or equivalent role in film, television, digital media, or AI-generated content platforms.
• Strong understanding of key international markets content culture and audience preferences.
• Established network across content creation ecosystems, including production, creator communities, or AIGC-related networks.
• Proven track record of producing or overseeing content that has reached meaningful scale (film festivals, streaming platforms, social platforms, or other distribution channels).
• Ability to clearly articulate the impact of AI-driven tools on traditional content production workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency or experience working with Chinese companies is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and in cross-cultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Production ecosystem & partnership development across international markets, sourcing, pitching, contracting, and managing long-term relationships.
• Develop scalable collaboration models: co-productions, slate deals, creative service agreements, and white-label partnerships.
• Build relationships with MCNs and creator agencies to onboard creators at scale; collaborate with AI tool partners.
• Drive adoption by ensuring signed creators publish content end-to-end on the Onsolo platform.
• Shape international content strategy by identifying resonant stories and translating insights into flagship programs.
• Represent Onsolo at film markets and festivals to showcase native works and build industry recognition.
