Job summary

Sawhorse Productions, a Los Angeles-based studio, seeks a Talent Producer to support creator casting, sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management across multiple campaigns. You will bring YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators onto projects, collaborating with production, creative, post, and client teams to deliver partnerships from pitch to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the wider creator ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating talent deals, usage rights, licensing, and brand partnerships.
• Working knowledge of production workflows and on-set operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone discussions with agents.
• Comfortable taking the lead on tasks and projects to drive goals forward.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable to changing conditions.
• Passion for social media, digital culture, entertainment and branded storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Talent Casting Support: assist across talent casting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management.
• Creator Sourcing: source and cast creators, influencers, and experts aligning with campaign strategy.
• Casting Decks & Recommendations: build talent decks during pitches to win new business.
• Talent Communication Management: manage communications across project lifecycle, including negotiations.
• Production Partnership: work with producers to integrate talent needs into planning and delivery.
• Contract & Rights Tracking: monitor budgets, usage rights, deliverables and approvals.
• Industry Relationship Building: maintain relationships with managers, agents, and partners.
• Platform & Trend Awareness: stay informed on platforms to identify relevant creators and trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and post teams.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: identify solutions before impacting delivery.
• Systems & Databases: maintain talent databases, trackers, and casting resources.
