Tencent Games in North America is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to own and deepen relationships with top platform partners, publishers, and developers. You will operate at executive levels, turning conversations into long-term strategic collaborations and representing Tencent credibly with senior decision-makers.

Based in NA, you will work cross-functionally with studios, publishing, investment, and legal teams to land commitments, shape opportunities, and drive deals end-to-end,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in gaming or related consulting/banking with gaming exposure.
• Deep North America gaming network with senior relationships.
• Proven ability to open doors and close strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for games and business dynamics in the industry.

Responsabilités

• Own senior-level relationships with platform and publisher partners.
• Identify, shape, and drive strategic partnership opportunities end-to-end.
• Partner closely with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams to land and deliver on partnership commitments.
• Bring sharp, timely market and competitive intelligence back into the organization to inform strategy and deal priorities.
• Represent Tencent Games at major industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
