Job summary

WPP Production is hiring a Senior Content Manager to lead a team responsible for publishing creative assets and digital content across client sites globally. You will own content management operations, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and effective cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee page structure in CMS, coordinate with developers, and drive process improvements to support product launches and marketing programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on web production teams
• 2+ years team and people management experience
• Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS
• Deep knowledge of content management systems and related processes
• Experience with a git client (Tower, SourceTree) is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills across technical and non-technical personnel
• Proven ability to drive business process improvements and optimize resources

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content management operations in support of product launches and marketing initiatives
• Ensure quality of deliverables to clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams
• Maintain high communication standards across projects
• Plan page structures with developer teams and agree on approaches
• Lead multiple projects with the team
• Manage a team of Content Managers and contributors across projects
• Balance workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Build partnerships and improve client satisfaction with operational efficiencies
• Improve CMS documentation and training within the org
• Maintain understanding of CMS complexities and internal tools
• Troubleshoot CMS issues as first line of defense
• Contribute to evolution of internal platforms and workflows
