Job summary

M+C Saatchi World Services is seeking a highly organized CMS Manager to oversee administration, governance, and optimization of content platforms supporting federal programs. You will collaborate with communications, UX, analytics, and tech teams to ensure accurate, accessible content and efficient publishing workflows.

The role requires strong content operations expertise, platform governance, and an ability to manage complex publishing environments while delivering excellent user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
• Strong governance, publishing workflows, metadata management, and information architecture knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern CMS platforms across websites and digital programs.
• Oversee publishing workflows, approvals, and quality assurance procedures.
• Support content authors and stakeholders with platform usage guidance and standards.
• Manage taxonomies, metadata, and IA to improve discoverability and UX.
• Coordinate updates, migrations, and publishing schedules across programs.
