Qualifications

• Experience administering content management systems and digital publishing environments.
• Strong governance, publishing workflows, metadata management, and information architecture.
• Experience supporting communications, digital engagement, or content operations initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled media planning, audience targeting, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage content management systems that support websites and digital platforms.
• Oversee content publishing workflows, governance standards, and quality assurance.
• Support content authors, editors, and stakeholders on platform usage and standards.
• Manage inventories, taxonomies, metadata structures, tagging, and information architecture.
• Coordinate content updates, migrations, and publishing schedules across programs.
• Monitor content quality, accessibility, governance adherence, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with communications, UX, analytics, and technical teams on objectives.
• Support governance frameworks, editorial standards, workflows, and documentation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for visibility into content operations and health.
• Identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, integrations, and digital transformations.
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide training and ongoing support to content contributors and stakeholders.
