Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Construction Technology and Data Lead within Global Data Centers. The role centers on leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to handover, aligning BIM, 4D/5D scheduling, and data standards across cross-functional teams.

You will drive scalable data architectures, cloud integrations, and automated dashboards to monitor performance, partnering with executives and engineers to communicate tradeoffs and delivery risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architectural engineering, data analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience with BIM/VDC tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, CAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with AEC data standards (WBS MasterFormat/UniFormat).

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Technology deployment and translate capabilities into practical workflows.
• Integrate PMT, ERP, and document systems for seamless data flow; link 3D models to schedules for 4D/5D.
• Establish data architecture and asset taxonomy for Digital Twin handovers.
• Build automated BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track core metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
• Coach stakeholders on digital field tools and pilot emerging AEC technologies to optimize delivery.
