Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the US to drive scaling of construction technology and site reality capture tools, establishing field-friendly workflows and maximizing platform adoption.

You will lead 3D model audits with 4D scheduling and 5D cost integrations, standardize data architecture, COBie taxonomies, and convert BIM elements into structured operational data for handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, Architectural Eng, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Experience with BIM/VDC tools (Revit, Navisworks, CAD, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with AEC data standards (WBS MasterFormat/UniFormat).

Responsibilities

• Lead ConTech deployment and train teams on digital platforms (ACC, Procore, P6).
• Integrate PMT, ERP, and document systems for seamless data flow. Link 3D models to schedules for 4D/5D sequencing and cost estimation.
• Establish data architecture and asset taxonomy to convert CAD/BIM objects into structured data for Digital Twin handovers.
• Build automated BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track core VDC metrics and manage cloud data syncs.
• Drive continuous improvement by coaching stakeholders on digital field tools and piloting AI-driven site tracking.
