Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager, Construction Technology and Data Lead to scale ConTech across Global Data Centers. You will drive 3D BIM, 4D/5D integration, and data standards for handovers, while coordinating across multiple sites and teams.

You will transform site workflows, build automated dashboards, and pilot AI-enabled tools to optimize project delivery. Applicants should have 8+ years in program management and strong BIM/BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with BIM/VDC tools such as Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/ CAD or similar.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with AEC data standards (WBS/MasterFormat/ UniFormat).

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Technology deployment and build practical workflows with ACC/Procore/P6.
• Integrate PMT, ERP, and document systems for seamless data flow and 4D/5D coordination.
• Establish data architecture and taxonomy for CAD/BIM to structured data handovers.
• Build automated BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for core metrics and dashboards.
• Coach stakeholders on digital field tools and pilot emerging AEC technologies.
