Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech or CMO/CDMO; 3-5 years in project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives for growth and transformation.
• Drive project execution on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Support M&A integrations and client onboarding.
