Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and project management software.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management and project estimating experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Effective communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business relationships with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other key clientele.
• Generate commercial opportunities and secure projects in competitive bidding situations.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and project operations.
• Manage file records, client communication, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Partner with regional marketing and operations leaders to create regional synergies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Draft estimates using company guidelines and secure signed contracts before project start.
• Launch production while project management and additional resources are mobilized.
• Resolve issues, customer conflicts, and adjuster conflicts.
• Complete and document change orders.
• Monitor field staff performance and productivity.
• Oversee project scope changes, invoice submission, and payment collection.
