Job summary

ARaymond, a global leader in fastening and assembly systems, seeks a Business Development Manager for Construction to bridge engineering and commerce. You will diagnose technical challenges, craft solutions, and lead the discovery process with key clients.

Based in the US, you will guide both sales and engineering teams, shape product roadmaps, and drive long-term customer relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering, product development, or related experience.
• Solid understanding of the construction panelization industry and market trends.
• Proven experience engaging with clients and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and performance for the construction segment with long-term vision, product roadmap, and KPI setting.
• Provide direction and mentoring to the sales and engineering teams to meet goals.
• Capture new product opportunities and specify market requirements for next-generation products.
• Support IP portfolio management, product design quality, and supplier selection with cross-regional collaboration.
• Develop and grow long-term customer relationships, including pricing, costing, and negotiation of deals.
