Job summary

Michels Corporation seeks a Director of Global Construction & Equipment Services to lead the business capabilities, technology solutions, and digital platforms powering construction operations and asset management. You will collaborate with Construction Operations, Equipment, Corporate Services, and Global IT to define capabilities, roadmaps, investments, and service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise technology or similar
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (desired)
• Demonstrated experience defining business capability strategies, product/roadmap governance, and measurable outcomes in a complex enterprise
• 7+ years of leadership experience including managers, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery
• Experience leading enterprise applications or digital platforms supporting construction operations, asset management, or field services

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple functional areas aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to Global IT Senior Leadership Team with strategy, investments, and service performance
• Set global capability strategy and multi-year roadmap for construction and equipment management
• Establish portfolio governance, funding transparency, and value realization measures
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cybersecurity, and Integration teams for secure, interoperable solutions
• Lead vendor and commercial performance including contract and license oversight
• Ensure reliable day-to-day service delivery and continual improvement
