Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead project-wide logistics, site access, traffic management, and material flow across hyperscale data center developments. You will coordinate deliveries, laydown yards, and temporary facilities while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Construction Management, and Field Operations to optimize movements of people, equipment, and materials on large campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, SCM, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in construction logistics, site operations, and related functions.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, utility providers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction logistics planning and execution for hyperscale data center projects.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics across active construction zones.
• Develop and maintain logistics plans aligned with schedules and milestones.
• Monitor delivery schedules, inventory levels, logistics performance metrics.
• Support mass earthwork, utility installation, and major equipment installation with logistics planning.
