Job summary

Michels Corporation, Lomira, WI, is seeking an Alternative Delivery Manager to guide projects through business development, teaming, pursuits, proposals, and contract/design management. You’ll work with Michels teams and clients to exceed expectations while focusing on safety and responsible project outcomes.

The role requires strong verbal/written communication, multitasking, and decisive leadership to drive successful delivery across energy, infrastructure, and transportation ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering; 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience with alternative delivery projects (design-build, CMGC, progressive design-build).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative delivery projects from business development to contract and design management.
• Coordinate internal Michels teams with client and external partner teams; manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environment considerations are integrated into project delivery.
