Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of initial contracts, identifying key benefits, risks, and potential disadvantages; exercise independent judgment in evaluating terms, and coordinating reviews.
• Oversee all project-specific insurance coverages throughout the lifecycle of the project and related periods.
• Evaluate owner-supplied and other project-specific insurance policies to ensure coverage adequacy and identify gaps; manage enrollments.
• Assist with procurement of contract-specific insurance coverages to meet requirements and certificates of insurance.
• Present insurance coverage issues related to contracts, lease and consultant agreements to management.
• Analyze insurable risks and coordinate with project teams to align activities with appropriate coverages.
