Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience.
• Public accounting experience and familiarity with publicly traded company reporting preferred.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and core financial statements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced close process.
• Clear written and verbal communication; teamwork across accounting/finance groups.
• Curiosity about consolidations and financial reporting growth.

Responsibilities

• Support financial close processes by preparing journals and reconciliations.
• Run balance sheet analysis, create reports, and follow up on open items.
• Maintain documentation for reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Conduct analytical reviews of reconciliation population for quality checks.
• Assist with BlackLine tasks and reconciliation workstreams.
• Perform routine financial data validations and system tie-outs.
• Support audit requests with reports and documentation.
• Research differences and document findings for review.
• Coordinate with accounting/finance teams to obtain supporting info.
