Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience; product development preferred.
• Experience with Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer, Airflow.
• Design of Experiments; HALT experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a group budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead global component engineering and qualification across product lines.
• Establish and govern component qualification standards and test plans.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to qualify alternate suppliers.
• Drive cost-out initiatives through design optimization and sourcing.
• Lead the team to deliver on-time qualification projects and design changes.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
