Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Security division seeks an experienced Compliance Strategy Manager to lead compliance solutions and strategic trade initiatives for global AWS businesses. You will translate complex regulatory issues into scalable, risk-aware programs and work with Procurement, Legal, Tax and Supply Chain to mitigate risk while enabling rapid expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- 7+ years of customs and trade compliance experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate as focal leader for customs input for AWS expansions and initiatives
- Identify compliance requirements and manage mitigations via policies and processes
- Collaborate across functions to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Deep dive into topics like customs valuation, duty mitigation, licenses and certifications
- Drive compliance program integration with AWS teams and supply chain
- Promote AI-driven compliance solutions to scale program effectiveness
