Qualifications

• 4+ years of regulatory and risk management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing controls or auditing financial reporting environments.
• Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
• Experience with cross-functional project or program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance controls, SOPs, and policy frameworks for regulatory operations.
• Define regulatory research methods and maintain a regulatory intelligence database.
• Develop engagement protocols with government regulators and monitor regulatory changes.
• Create documentation and records retention controls for audit readiness and post-shipment surveillance.
• Use regulatory intelligence to identify risks and prepare leadership risk insights.
