Amazon's Regulations Tech Assurance organization is seeking a Security Compliance Manager to lead a team delivering and maintaining certifications such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA across Amazon's Stores. You will own full audit lifecycle, drive continuous compliance, and partner with engineering, Legal, Sales to accelerate deal cycles and build customer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Auditing/IS/CS/Cyber Security)
• 7+ years of information security compliance, audit, governance or risk management
• Experience owning end-to-end external audit delivery and auditor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of compliance programs (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, HIPAA)
• Lead audit lifecycle activities including evidence collection and remediation of gaps
• Manage and coach a team of Security Industry Specialists across multiple time zones
• Drive adoption of GRC tooling and automation for evidence collection and testing
• Provide executive-level reporting on compliance status and risk posture
