Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Compliance Lead to own and mature our Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs across global teams. You will guide policy management, training, and monitoring, while leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, third-party risk oversight, and regulatory monitoring across US, EU, LATAM, and APAC, with a focus on governance, data protection, and board reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining compliance and ethics programs.
• Experience with sanctions, AML/KYC, third-party risk management.
• Familiarity with GRC, workflow, or case-management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, operation, and maturation of Pinterest's Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs and policies.
• Assist with third party risk management and regulatory monitoring.
• Design and conduct risk assessments and track mitigations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Product, and Engineering on compliance matters.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled tools to streamline compliance processes.
