Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Compliance & Investigations to lead the global investigations program, collaborate with Employment Legal, HR, Finance and Security, and implement robust policies and controls. The role requires managing sensitive investigations, advising on outcomes, and driving process improvements with an emphasis on ethical standards.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a U.S. law school, top firm or in-house experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal/compliance department.
• Proven ability to conduct complex investigations and manage investigations programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end compliance investigations, including design and execution of program.
• Advise on investigation outcomes and remedial actions; perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior investigators and enhance procedures; integrate AI where appropriate.
• Identify trends in investigations; report to senior leadership and Board as needed.
• Support whistleblower compliance and respond to law enforcement inquiries and audits.
