Job summary

Nscale is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Compliance & Ethics (US) to lead the U.S. compliance program and translate our global ethics framework into practical, business‑ready processes for a rapidly growing U.S. organization.

Reporting to the SVP, Head of Global Compliance & Ethics in the UK and partnering with the U.S. General Counsel, you will drive risk-based governance, investigations, and training across Legal, Internal Audit, Communications, Government Affairs and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compliance experience with U.S. sanctions/export controls.
• Proven ability to build and operate a U.S. compliance program at scale.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. securities compliance, including MNPI controls and reporting.
• Strong judgment, business-focused risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the U.S. compliance program in line with global ethics framework.
• Translate global requirements into practical processes for the U.S. business.
• Set priorities based on risk, needs, and regulatory expectations.
• Build scalable infrastructure for consistent execution across the U.S.
• Own U.S. securities compliance, insider trading policies, and disclosures.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation actions; establish governance paths.
• Coordinate with Legal, Internal Audit, Communications, Gov Affairs, and UK/APAC teams.
