Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining compliance and ethics programs.
• Experience using GRC, workflow, or case-management systems.
• Familiarity with sanctions screening, FCPA, anti-bribery, and financial crime risks.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-lawyer audiences.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows.
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mature Pinterest’s Corporate Compliance and Ethics programs and related policies.
• Assist with third party risk management, including sanctions screening and reviews.
• Identify and document compliance risks, then implement mitigations with stakeholders.
• Design and conduct risk assessments and track remediation actions.
• Support regulatory monitoring across US, EU, LATAM and APAC and translate rules into guidance.
• Maintain self-service compliance resources, policies, procedures, and knowledge hub.
• Assist with internal investigations and audits as needed.
• Prepare concise reports and Board updates across Compliance programs.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline processes with appropriate human review.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Product, and Engineering on compliance matters.
• Anticipate needs and maximize efficiency and impact.
