Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Vice President, Compliance & Ethics (US) to lead the U.S. compliance program and translate our global ethics framework into practical processes for a fast-growing U.S. organization.

This role sits in Legal & Compliance and partners with senior counsel to manage regulatory and investigations matters. You will drive a scalable program across Legal, Internal Audit, Communications, Government Affairs, and regional teams, building infrastructure, governance, and training to

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compliance experience with US sanctions/export control fluency.
• Strong experience building and operating a US compliance program at scale.
• Deep knowledge of US securities compliance incl. MNPI controls and pre-clearance workflows.
• Proven ability to act as a generalist across operational, commercial, and conduct issues.
• Strong investigations track record; sound judgment in risk-based decisions.
• Experience translating frameworks into practical, business-ready processes.
