Qualifications

• 4+ years in a fast-paced professional environment.
• 3+ years in HR and compensation with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Background in Compensation, Math, Finance, Statistics or Economics.
• Experience with broad-based and sales compensation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with partners.
• Strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs to influence compensation strategy and programs.
• Drive ongoing compensation process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to design innovative compensation approaches.
• Assess effectiveness of compensation strategy for tech and product orgs.
• Consult on design and administration of global programs, budgets and focal review.
• Provide guidance to maintain competitive positioning.
• Partner with recruiting to extend compelling offers.
• Supervise changes to comply with pay regulations and pay equity.
• Develop dashboards and analytic models for insights.
