Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Manager, Global Compensation to design, implement, and govern our compensation programs across the organization. You will partner with HR, finance, and leaders to ensure equity, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives, acting as a subject matter expert on compensation processes.

You will drive global salary planning cycles, job architecture, evaluations, and incentive programs while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or finance.
• 5-8 years of compensation analysis/administration experience.
• Knowledge of stock-based compensation and related compliance.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage global compensation programs and processes.
• Lead benchmarking, market analysis and salary survey participation.
• Consult HRBPs and leaders on offers, promotions and job evaluations.
• Ensure compliance, governance and transparent reporting of compensation data.
• Develop training materials and craft clear compensation communications.
