Fluence is seeking a Manager, Global Compensation to design and manage our compensation programs across the globe, ensuring equity, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. You will partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to drive program enhancements and governance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CCP is a plus.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, administration, or consulting; global compensation expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of stock-based compensation in a publicly traded company and understanding of related compliance requirements a plus.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with compensation analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday Advanced Compensation) or similar tools is strongly preferred.

• Compensation Program Management: design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs including annual planning cycles and salary structures.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: conduct benchmarking and market analysis; lead global salary survey participation and analytics.
• Collaboration and Consultation: advise HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and evaluations.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure accurate reporting and adherence to laws and governance standards including stock-based disclosures.
• Communication and Training: develop materials to educate managers and HR teams on compensation policies.
• Stock-Based Compensation: support stock options, RSUs, and PSUs with accurate record-keeping.
