Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Manager of Global Compensation to design, implement, and manage compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will partner with HR, finance, and stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable programs and governance across the globe.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across cross-functional teams leading critical compensation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, administration, or consulting.
• Global compensation expertise preferred and knowledge of stock-based compensation a plus.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with Excel and compensation analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage global compensation programs and processes.
• Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and salary survey participation.
• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and accurate reporting of compensation data.
• Develop training materials and communications on compensation policies.
