WP Engine seeks a Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead global cash, bonus, and equity strategies. You will align programs with business goals and market trends while championing pay transparency across international regions.

You’ll roll up your sleeves in Workday Advanced Compensation, design job architectures for a distributed workforce, and advise senior leaders on high-impact compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience within the high-tech/SaaS industry.
• 3+ years in a lead advisory capacity.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Global knowledge of compensation structures and regulatory environments.
• Master-level compensation modeling, data analysis, and financial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and lead the company’s global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies, aligning them with business objectives and market trends.
• Design sustainable pay transparency structures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Support executive compensation design and equity modeling with senior leadership.
• Lead global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and geographic salary structures.
• Advise business partners and talent acquisition on compensation decisions and organizational design.
• Drive due diligence and post-merger compensation integration strategies.
