Job summary

WP Engine seeks a Principal Global Compensation Manager to design and drive our global compensation programs. You will lead cash, bonus, and equity strategies, ensuring pay transparency and regulatory alignment across regions.

You will translate business goals into competitive pay structures in Workday and guide senior leaders through executive and equity modeling. A strategic, data-driven approach and collaboration with cross-functional partners are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive compensation experience within high-tech/SaaS.
Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration.
Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and regulatory environments.
Master-level compensation modeling, data analysis, and financial planning.
Ability to influence, consult, and present to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and evolution of global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies.
Drive pay transparency readiness, including regulatory considerations across regions.
Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity cycles within Workday.
Support executive compensation design and equity modeling with senior leadership.
Design and evolve global job architecture, leveling, and geographic salary structures.
Advise business partners on compensation decisions and talent retention.
Lead M&A integration efforts mapping acquired talent to existing structures.
