SEI Corporation is seeking a Managing Director, Global Compensation in Oaks, PA, to lead the organization’s compensation strategy, governance, and global programs across base pay, incentives, executive and sales compensation, and pay equity. This senior role partners with Finance, Legal, HR, and Revenue Ops to align compensation with business performance and risk management.

You will shape job architecture, benchmarking, and the overall compensation operating model while driving global standards

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive, progressive compensation leadership across global orgs.
• Experience with base pay, incentives, exec and sales comp, governance.
