SEI is seeking a Managing Director, Global Compensation to lead SEI’s enterprise-wide compensation strategy, policy framework, governance, and overall effectiveness of the global compensation function. This senior leader will direct base pay, incentives, executive and sales compensation, and program design across geographies and populations.

You will advise executive leadership, set global principles, and drive transformation while partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, Sales and Revenue Operations

Qualificações

• Executive compensation leadership experience across global programs.
• Strong governance and policy development for pay structures.
• Ability to translate strategy into enterprise-wide compensation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise compensation philosophy and multiyear strategy.
• Oversee compensation lifecycle including market positioning and incentives.
• Govern job architecture, career frameworks, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Shape global incentive strategies for executives, sales, and employees.
• Lead global sales compensation strategy in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Advise executive leadership on compensation investments and policy decisions.
• Govern policies and controls for pay equity, transparency, and compliance.
• Define measures of compensation effectiveness using business and market data.
• Lead operating model, transformation roadmap, and technology priorities for compensation.
• Advise on compensation during acquisitions, divestitures, and market entry.
• Oversee relationships with external advisers and survey providers.
