Job summary

PennEngineering in Danboro, PA is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead design, implementation and administration of company-wide compensation programs. You will partner with HRBPs to attract and retain talent while managing fiscal resources.

The role covers base pay, incentives, equity and compliance with pay equity and applicable laws. The ideal candidate brings deep compensation expertise, strong analytical and project-management skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of compensation experience including executive compensation.
• Experience using Mercer or similar compensation methodologies and surveys.
• Experience designing short- and long-term incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Develop salary structures, job evaluation, and grading systems.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.
• Partner with Finance on equity programs and budget implications.
• Ensure compliance with pay equity and FLSA regulations.
• Develop communication strategies to explain programs to leaders and employees.
