Job summary

KBR in Houston, TX is seeking a Global Compensation Director to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of compensation programs across a multi-country environment. You will build a globally consistent, market-competitive framework and partner with HR, Finance, and business leadership.

The role requires strong governance, data analytics, and experience with base pay, incentives, and executive compensation, plus leadership of a global team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience in global or regional capacity.
Experience in a complex multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and lead global compensation strategy including base pay and incentives.
Develop and maintain global job architecture and salary structures.
Oversee market benchmarking and competitive positioning.
Design and manage global incentive programs aligned with performance.
Governance, compliance and risk management in global pay regulations.
