In this global role, you will develop data-driven solutions balancing competitiveness, equity, risk, and reward. You will analyze market data, build scalable processes, and drive operational excellence with compensation tech teams.

Own the executive compensation strategy, planning, and execution globally.

Develop creative, data-driven solutions balancing competitiveness, equity, risk, and reward.
Perform deep analyses on global compensation programs and model alternatives.
Collaborate with compensation tech teams to implement tools and automation.
Conduct custom market surveys to inform strategy.
Proactively identify compensation needs and propose proactive solutions.
