The position emphasizes global market intelligence, policy governance, and annual compensation planning, with pay transparency and equity initiatives. Remote-first with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in global environments.
• Demonstrated compensation business partnering across HRBP, TA, and business leaders.
• Deep experience with market pricing, salary structure design, job architecture, and evaluation.
• International compensation experience across EMEA, LATAM, APAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation advisor for global business areas including strategic hires, promotions, and annual compensation planning.
• Understand business strategies and market conditions to advise practical compensation solutions.
• Analyze complex issues and translate data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Design innovative compensation solutions to support talent and retention initiatives.
• Represent needs in development and implementation of compensation programs and policies.
• Lead global compensation market intelligence and benchmarking across regions.
• Own global job architecture and leveling framework with consistent application.
• Maintain knowledge of regional market and regulatory considerations for compensation.
• Lead annual market reviews and validate salary structures across functions.
• Provide leadership for annual pay transparency and broad-based program enhancements.
