Vultr is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to define and scale our compensation framework across geographies. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure externally competitive and internally equitable pay structures.

The role requires building job architecture, driving annual reviews, and shaping incentive plans while maintaining compliance and equity across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy and compliance across multiple geographies, coordinating with legal and local experts on pay requirements and market differentials.
• Refine compensation framework and band structure to ensure transparent, consistent pay across levels, functions, and locations.
• Develop and maintain job architecture and leveling guidelines to support equitable career progression.
• Serve as primary compensation consultant to Talent Acquisition, providing guidance and market data for offers.
• Ensure pay transparency compliance and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Set offer approval thresholds and above-band exception processes with leadership.
• Oversee annual compensation review cycles and quarterly bonuses, with merit planning and budget modeling.
• Conduct internal equity analyses to address compression and pay gaps.
• Advise on compensation approaches for international hires, contractors, and mobility scenarios.
• Maintain total compensation statements and communications to explain value of the package.
• Ensure data integrity in payroll systems and support timely comp changes.
• Collaborate on incentive plan design and equity compensation matters with Finance and leadership.
• Prepare materials for compensation committees or boards as governance needs mature.
• Build a centralized compensation resource library for internal teams.
