Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Director, Compensation to lead global broad-based pay design and governance, spanning base pay, bonuses, LTIs, and retention awards. This role ensures market competitiveness, equity, and scalability while partnering with senior HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver a clear compensation strategy and strong governance.

Responsibilities

Lead global compensation strategy, design, and execution for base pay, incentives, LTIs, and awards.
Develop and oversee job evaluation, levelling, and approval processes with governance.
Oversee benchmarking, analytics, and financial modelling to support pay-for-performance.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to provide compensation consultation.
