Job summary

Conservation International is seeking an International Compensation Manager to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs across multiple countries outside the United States. You will ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational strategy while reflecting local market conditions and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and regional leaders to provide data-driven compensation expertise for a globally distributed workforce,

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in compensation, with global or multi-country programs.
  • Experience in international markets, including emerging markets, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of global salary survey providers and market data sources.
  • Ability to translate data into practical insights and recommendations.
  • English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct global market benchmarking and job pricing across multiple regions.
  • Partner with salary survey providers to analyze compensation trends.
  • Monitor salary movements, currency fluctuations, and regulatory developments.
  • Develop salary structures, pay ranges, and job grading frameworks.
  • Support annual compensation reviews and budget planning.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational philosophy and internal equity.
