Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst to drive cyclical compensation cycles, automate processes, and re‑engineer compensation programs and systems. You will be the go‑to data analyst for insights delivered to senior leadership, collaborating across functions to optimize performance and growth.

The role reports to the Director of Compensation Programs, Operations and Systems and is hybrid, located in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology, compensation, consulting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/compensation experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for analyses and automated models.
• Knowledge of compensation trends and developments in the industry.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, plan and manage compensation programs, policies and processes.
• Lead global compensation programs and bi-annual review cycles.
• Identify processes or capabilities for automation and re-engineering.
• Implement compensation systems to support cyclical cycles.
• Create materials to communicate priorities and findings to senior leadership.
• Develop Excel models for compensation analysis and business decisions.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
