Job summary

You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders under the direction of the Director, Global Total Rewards & HR Systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of U.S. compensation administration experience.
• Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with merit increases, bonus programs and equity compensation.
• Advanced MS Office skills with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support global compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, and equity programs.
• Create and regularly update pay ranges and pay grades.
• Evaluate positions and set appropriate job levels, salary structures, and ranges.
• Lead annual compensation planning activities with HR Partners and Finance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support compensation decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field
